Avalon |
Get your mooring assignment from the Harbor Master. Available moorings by size/location can be seen Here! All mooring assignments are made at the Harbor entrance upon arrival. Please stay outside the mooring field and clear of the fairway. A patrol officer in a red patrol boat will assign you a mooring in person.
Then meet up at Mi Casita restaurant for dinner. Details provided for this activity below. If you wish to participate, please register for this activity so we can arrange a reservation. |

Golf - Will be played on the historic 9-hole course. Details provided for this activity below. Please register for this event if you wish to participate so we can arrange tee times.

Two Harbors |
Migrate from Avalon to Two Harbors. Get your mooring assignment from the Harbor Master (channel 9). Please stay outside the mooring field until cleared by the Harbor Master.
There will be a raft up behind Mintaka (mooring TBD) at 16:00. Some light appetizers will be served as well as a light libation but feel free to bring your own beverage and something to share. |

Two Harbors |
We will be hosting the 3rd Annual Harbor John Disc Golf Tournament. Details provided for this activity below. Please register for this event if you wish to participate. We then meet-up on the Harbor Reef Bar to announce the winner(s) and hand out awards.

Thursday (8/8)
Emerald Bay

Migrate from Two Harbors to Emerald Bay. Get your mooring assignment from the Harbor Master (channel 9). Please stay outside the mooring field until cleared by the Harbor Master.
Join us for the famous In-N-Out hosted by Steve DeWitt and Annette Shaver-DeWitt on Blonde Voyage II on mooring F-2. Details provided for this activity below. Please register for this event if you wish to participate so we can plan the food in advance. You do not want to miss these pastrami sliders! This event starts at noon and could the lunch crew show up at 10:30.
There will be a scavenger hunt hosted by Jan & Dean Russell @ 2:00pm. Meet behind their boat on mooring E-9 in your dinghy and get ready to explore our entire beautiful Emerald Bay as you search for hidden treasurers, tackle a few exciting activities, but most of all, make unforgettable memories. Come as a team or go solo. There are awesome prizes up for grabs by the winners. This is a timed event (yes, race) so please be on time.
Coals will be ready @ 18:00 for a Cook-Your-Own in the Cove. |

Emerald Bay |
Join us at 10:00 for a snorkle trip in Howland's Landing hosted by Harold Dorr. Meet up in front of the beach in front of LA Yacht Club. Please wear a wetsuit as you will be in the water for a while. Lots to see and touch on this one. The kelp this year is amazing!
For those interested in a wine & cheese tasting, join Commodore Bob Eberwine @ 16:00 in Corsair Cove. Details provided for this activity below. Please register for this event if you wish to participate and this is limited to the first 34 people that register. Cost is $15/person (cash please!).
At 18:00, the coals will be ready for Cook-Your-Own. We will also be firing up the pizza oven for the first annual pizza cook-off and pizza tasting. If you wish to compete, the dough and red or white sauce will be provided but you must supply your own toppings (and sauce if you wish). And, you must cook 5 identical pizzas to qualify for the contest. These will be used by the judges and also be shared with everyone present. Depending on how many enter the contest, we will be making some extra pizzas, but your primary meal should be something you Cook/Bring yourself. |
Saturday (8/10)
Emerald Bay |
Saturday will be a busy day!
There will be a pancake breakfast hosted by the Quade families @ 9:00 in the Cove. This a cruise week highlight!! There will be an OJ/Mimosa/Screwdriver bar available.
Following the pancake breakfast will be a short general meeting for announcements, etc. There will be a raffle so contact Rear Commodores Dennis & Anne Lynaugh with your donation. Attend this and the dinner this evening and get a cruise AND a dinner meeting credit.
Punch Bowl kicks off at 18:00 hosted by Gary & Eileen Fowler. You don't want to miss their amazing (and potent) Buffalo Milks!
Rather than a potluck, we will be doing a chili cook-off. Bring your best recipe and provide enough chili for judging and to feed others. There will be a prize for the best chili! Also, everyone can bring something to share (salad, dessert, etc.). The coals will also be lit for a Cook-Your-Own.
Then, dance the night away to the tunes of the Moon Jellies band. |

Please come up to the Cove and help Fleet Captains Craig & Marjie Page clean-up! We all enjoy the Cove and with everyone assisting, things will go real fast!!! |
